While I do understand that life happens and things come up, I do ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment that you do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee and to allow me to offer that time to another guest. In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hour notice of your appointment time you may be subject to a cancellation/ rebooking fee of 25% of the scheduled service. If you do not appear for your scheduled COLOR appointment without notice, you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
